The St. Joan of Arc Lenten Fish Fry has become one of the largest and best in the Valley. For the six Fridays of Lent, delicious fish dinners are served to over 700 diners each week. Home baked desserts are provided by various groups and organizations within the parish. Over 50 volunteers are needed each of the six Fridays so that the event runs smoothly. It is a wonderful opportunity for families to join forces in a most worthwhile volunteer project.
