2010 Year End Statement Request

Dear Parishioners:

In light of our continued commitment to saving money and our environment, we have decided to send the year end contribution statements via email this year. Due to the cost of paper and increased postage we feel that there will be significant savings if statements are emailed. If you already have your email on file please fill out the form to verify your address. Also, if you do need your statement mailed or would like to pick up at our parish office, please fill out the form to indicate your preference.
